I Want to Donate my Kidney to a Needy Person
02/20/2008 - 05:41
Every one knows each living being must die one day. However, they have all forgotton and accustomed to live under the fit of unconsciousness and commit sins rather than be a benevolent being. I don't know the reason for that.
I know and feel that I must die. My body will decompose and physically eliminated into the earth. My dead body will be burnt to ash and flow into the air or mix into the soil. I am surprised whether I could make any useful effort to anybody else. Certainly, I helped and sacrificed my life for very few persons of my family. I have done good for only a few people in this world. I was selfish to this matter. My body is not mine, my organs are not mine, my soul is not mine, infact, everything is not mine. NATURE or GOD or SUPER POWER or EXISTENCE made everything. I am only a part of this world. Nothing more than that. I understand this.
Now, I want to donate all of my body organs to needy persons if possible so that some would get life from my wasting parts of the body. Therefore, I have already registered my name for the donation of my eyes after my death. One or two visually impaired people will see the world through my eyes. I wish two females could get my eyes. I want to donate my kidney too to one of persons who are involving in human rights, humanitarian projects, welfare of children, women and people or people from education or science sector that they can help many people and save the lives.
I am nobody but simple, a vegetarian, humanity lover who will be happier only when I will get opportunities to donate my body organs. Please, contact me sooner if you are in need of body organ to save precious life that can be fruitful to many people.

Thought is Reflection of FOOD!
06/05/2007 - 06:28
The Yoga has categorized the food in three sections: Satwik, Rajasi and Tamasi, which are derrived from three qualities of edible elements. They are Satwa, Rajas and Tamas. These days number of vegetarian people are increasing day by day as the science has proved that eating meat is consuming various diseases. No one denies that man is naturally a vegetarian animal. It's characteristics and organs are made of vegetarian nature unlike preys and flesh eating animals.
Satwik: The very food choosen of vegetables with soft, hygenic, digestable are without harmful elements for physical and mental body. Yogis and other meditative persons use it. Albert Einstein, Shakespeare, Leonardo Da Vinci and many more genius persons were vegetarians like Krishna, Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi and others. Peace, love and compassion are its traits. This helps human being rise above and above spiritually.
Rajashi: The food which is spicy, oily and fleshy gives human being energy, anger, and stupidity that inspires human being to violence, killing, fight and crimes. Conspiracy, wildness and brutality are its features.
Tamasi: The food which include rotten things, wine, drugs and many more with bad smelling items. This kind of food is the representation of unconscious, and fainted condition of human being, and Savage nature may be its characteristics.
So choose your kind of food and be yourself as true human beings. It depends on YOU.
We Resemble What We Eat
06/05/2007 - 06:22
It is said that face is the context of mind and i say that body is the context of what we eat. The things what we eat determine what we think, how we think and what we do. Our actions are the results of what we eat.
Think twice.
Since the historic age or beginning of the world or creation, living things depend on eating to survive. All the animals have known what to eat or not to eat but unfortunately human being despite most intelligent animal has forgotten what to eat and what to avoid. That is why human being has become mentally, psychologically and physically and spiritually ill.
if u want to be right healthy, do not forget the Yoga and meditation, and the category of foods that is inscribed in the Yoga or holy books of the only Hindus.
Conceive Once.
They are: SATWIK, RAJASI and TAMASI. Search about these three terms and choose your way of eating and be a true mankind.
It's Me Who Is Alone in This World...
06/03/2007 - 07:42
I had thought i was among the crowds
when i was conscious i found myself
among the vicious circles
projected plots of conspiracy
It was not, in fact, true
because it was me in the mirror
they said
mirrorred on the mirror what i am
However,
i could not believe them
because they were mirrorred on me
unlike i am the virtue of vice
And
i was sabotaged and jeopardized
not because i failed to fulfil their demands
but because i could not recognize myself.
It looks like who i am not.
It is not about ME!?
06/02/2007 - 06:56
Once upon a time, I was eternal in the universe. I was so good, wise, clever, peaceful, lovely and gentle. When my father fell in love with a woman-would-be-my-mother, I was bound to be born on this earth. Then I am destined to suffer the miseries, pains and pleasure of life in this material world. Now, I am called a foolish, stupid, unpractical, philosophical, rude, sly and so on as If I was sent on this planet, I am to be punished for nothing.
Every then, and here and now, I am very much grounded on reality and investigation rather than believing in rhetorics, verbal layer and play of language and words. My life is full of struggles from the beginning. My father passed away when I was studying Intermediate level. I was the senior or responsible person to handle my family with my mother and two brothers at that time. I started teaching as an English grammar teacher in a public school after I had just taken the final year examination of B.A in !993. i worked there for more than a year. Then I joined a private school where I served one year. Because of my passion to work more, I along with other three partners thrived to open a private English School where I was vice-principal for two years. At that time, conflict and violence was increasingly threatenning the whole society and country. Due to the same reason which forced me to turn my way, I appeared in an examination taken by the Palpa District Education Office for the secondary level English teacher. I passed the exam and interview but rejected to receive the appointment letter. I sold my share of the school and joined another Higher Secondary School as a teacher and administrator. I worked there as teacher, administrator and chief-editor of the monthly school magazine for three years. In 1999, I joined M.A. in the Central Department of English, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu and completed M.A. in English Literature in 2001. In 2002, I joined the stateowned national English daily The Rising Nepal as a correspondent for the Kathmandu Valley. Hundreds of news articles on different topics have been published in the daily. I left the The Rising Nepal in 2006 during the Royal regime at the eve of the People's Movement 2006 for supporting the democratic movement. Another reason to leave the job: two powerful friends tried to sabotage and jeopardize my plans and life accusing me of not marrying sister of one of my friends. Now, I am very much serious, sensitive and philosophical about each event and attitude towards life struggling for quest for identity and justice for humanity. I am still single and not interested much more in the marriage affair because of my freedom fond behaviour.
Ignorance is Bliss for him!

He does not care about anything.
The sun was shining as if it was merciless to the living beings. But it was not so, in fact. It was shining to burn the evil things from the earth and to sweep away the dirt and filth accumulated by human being on the city. The sun was inviting a heavy and insassant rain to clean the city.
Rich people smelt perfumes and cosmetics while others were sweating with body odors and laborous deeds. They were on their moods and ways for their own vested purpose, not to blame all, wishing to add one after another compliment of life. Tourists were enjoying their travels to visit the Royal Chitwan National Park, where disappearing Bengal tigers, species of crocodile, many birds, plants, and animals are celebrating the nature together. Tourists enjoyed riding elephants. i was happy to enjoy riding autorickshaw.
He was pulling rickshaw all day to spend his life in his own way. When he was pulling rickshaw carrying me on the way, he called a woman from her behind during her walks. His face was full of sweats. He had worn a top on his right ear in black checked shirt and blue paint. His slippers were dull like silly dogs barking on the streets. She was in traditional dresses of a woman of shuburb. Her lips were red painted and eyes were decorated with black kajol. She was beatiful for him but i was indifferent and aloof to her. He asked her, "Where are you going?" She smiled and said, "There."
I was alone on the two seated rickshaw and he called her to sit by me. She smiled. He again invited her and said, "Come. Sir will not object anything." He addressed me as sir. But she smiled and did not ride the rickshaw because she enjoyed walking on the sun.
He told me that SHE IS THE WOMAN. A CITY BRIDE."She is device or tool for entertainment. I spill my desires on her when i am hot," he whispered slowly. "How old are you? Aren't you married yet?", i asked him. "i am at my thirtees and i have my wife and a daughter," he told me.
"Do you use condom or not? Haven't you heard about deadly diseases?", i questioned him. "I have heard about them but no one has remained away from such indecent activities," he said confidentally. He was just literate.
"How much do you earn daily from your job?", i made another question. "I earn NRs. 300 to 400 each day but i spend on drinks and other entertainment ... like smoking about half of my total income," he answered. "It is my own rickshaw."
He started telling me his stories. His wife has been working in Saudi Arabia and his daughter is a Class Ten student in a local school. He does not care about any STDs.
"What do you think about your wife and daughter?", i asked him. He smiled and kept mum.
Monarchy of Nepal: On the Verge of Collapse in the History!
05/22/2007 - 08:59
Shah Dynasty has its own glory to the country since unification of dozens of small states into unified Nepal about 238 years ago by King Prithivi Narayan Shah, then King of Gorkha area. Prithivi Narayn Shah was really worthy of being a head of the state, with his sharp vision of diplomacy, good-governance, justice, selfesteemed foreign policy and development oriented programmes.
The time changed with various flux of events in the country misusing authority and despotism fallen into vested interests against the dignity of country and sovereignty of people. As a result, very autocratic and totalitarian, family oriented Rana regime for more than a century. Those who were in power or around the power pheriphery of Palace kins did not remain away from hatching conspiracy to usurp power and position of the country for their partisan interests. And Monarchy started earning defame and unpopularity among the Nepalese people.
It is said or criticised by the political parties and critics, the Royal Palace massacre of 2001, when 10 Royal members kin to thrown were dramatically assasinated in the black incident. The Maoists directly charged King Gyanendra, second brother of late King Birendra, for the whole incident as plot of conspiracy. Some other political parties were also suspicious to the Royal Palace. Their brother organizations prtested on the streets in the later days and called King Gyanendra as lead conspirator. Student leaders Gagan Thapa Guru Ghimire, affiliated to the Nepali Congress Party and other some students were arrested and jailed.
The country faced a dire situation of Maoist insurgency and conflict, full of violence and killings pushing the country into uncertainty and abyss. About 15,000 people were killed during the insurgency. After restoration of democracy in 1990, people were more optimistic to the political parties for the betterment of the country. But the parties also forgot the democratic norms and fell a prey of vested interests and power politics leading the country to a chaos, corruption and bad-governance. King Gyanendra endeavored to take advantage from liqudity of situation and started assuming power himself by sacking the elected government( 2002) and even a coup (2005), blaming the parties unable to provide and maintain peace, security , law and order and development.
However, King Gyanendra also failed to do so and the situation of the country got worsened day by day. The political parties in the leadership of Nepali Congress Party President Girija Prasad Koirala came to the conclusion of resolving the political crisis of the country by liberationg it from anarchy and reviving democracy in a real sense. As a result, Seven political parties and terror-taged CPN-Maoists were united and agreed to seek a way out of the nation's problem. They launched People's Movement 2006 in very peaceful manner though the Royal Palace tried to supress it violently, killing more than two dozen of ordinary innocent people. Ultimately, the people got the victory. The parties won the heart of Nepalese people with the aspiration of Republic Nepal.
Then new government headed by Girija Prasad Koirala in support of eight political parties achieved significant results by making interim constitution suspending Monarchy and committed to hold the constituent assembly. On the eve of forming interim government, Koirala suggested King Gyanendra and Prince Paras to step down from Crown (Kantipur daily), and indicated that the nation was already a republican.
Now, it can be predicted that the Monarchy of Nepal will no more exist in the history of the country. It is almost certain if unexpected does not occur. It is better for Monarchy to declare themselves people rather than being disrespectfully announced republican after the Constituent Assembly Polls likely to be held in June. Thus, fate of Monarchy is at the end of collapse. It will be worse, if the new government after the Constituent Assembly restarts investigation and probe panel for the Royal massacre as black bloodshed of the history. At that time, unexpected may occur, it may be aweful or awesome, it can not be predicted now, is it?

Speechless Moment: A Sense of Isolation
05/18/2007 - 08:39
I said, "Bye".
She said, "OK".
Then we departed for our destinations. She headed towards south and I got up a bus travelling east. We were at the junction of Butwal, business city of central Nepal about two couple of days ago. People were coming and going to their directions from the crossroad.
It seemed the sun was angry with the people who were unaware of scorching heat. It was not too hot but the temperature was above 35 degree celcius. I was on the road, the road of my destination and destiny.
It looked the trees were running. The bus was full of sounds playing music. Infact, the bus was running and my mind inside the bus was running back to the history of few hours ago.
The place from where I caught the bus was hilly, scenary and fascinatingly serene. The wind was blowing mildly. people were on the opposite and supportive directions respectively. I entered into the bus and looked for a vacant seat. All the front seats were not empty. I went to the behind seats. There was an empty seat along with a girl, who was looking downside. I could not see her face. But her dress was neat and pink color with embroidory. I took the vacant seat.
The bus was moving and heading to its destination. I was silent and she was also silent. I wanted to know about her because I thought we were together by the seats. I wanted to ask, "Sister, can we introduce each other? Where are you going?" But, I pondered upon my thinking and said without uttering voice, "It will be meaner to ask anything about an unknown lady. Why should I ask her for anything when we only met on the bus?" I sometimes peered and she aslo did so but not at a time.
I remembered one of my friend-turned-foe who might assume that I was so rude, savage, and wild while I was afraid of talking to a human being friendly travelling together. I thought, "It's not necessary to be so because I believe in humanity. If she falls under any problems, I am ready to help her." However, there was not such a coincidence.
She said nothing to me and I was similar to her. More than three hours passed in the same manner. The bus arrived at the junction from where we departed.
Before getting down from the bus, she asked me, "Where are you getting down?"
"At the junction," I said.
"I am too at the same place," she said. "I am going to visit my sister's home but I am not familiar with this place."
"Let's go together to the cross road, and phone your sister to receive you," I said to her.
She phoned her sister and found she was not at home. I came to know from hearing her that her nephew or neice received the phone. They were small and could not take her to their home, she said. "Can you help me to reach there?"
We went at the crossroad and stopped a bus and i told the bus helper to help her getting down by the F.M. station of the town. The helper said, "It is my pleasure to do so. Some people don't say as clearly as you said and later complain us."
Though I am strong feminist, I always hesitate to communate frankly because I think, "People will take me as a lusty man if I talk or speak to the opposite sexes." However, there was a spiritual communiation between us that made us pleasant.
Neither she asked my name nor I asked her name. The travelling is still to continue but it is not certain whether we will meet again or not. "I don't expect to meet her again," I believe.
[This is an allusion to my friend's sister dedicated to Him.]
Feeling Love, Happiness and God: Meditation as a Science
05/15/2007 - 07:44
"Love is absolute freedom. Love knows no boundaries. And unless you drop all boundaries, you will not be able to know love." "Love is not a passion, love is not an emotion. Love is a very deep understanding that somebody somehow completes you. Somebody makes you a full circle. The presence of the other enhances your presence. Love gives freedom to be yourself; it is not possessiveness." When "Mediation becomes your love", "You disappear from the collective world, "You start seeing things as they are", "You feel silence, serenity, deep joy bubbling inside your being".--All excerpts are from Osho books. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tired of their hectic routines, people from all walks of life, whether they are school students, college or university students, professionals, engineers, doctors, ordinary folks, male or females and older generations visit the holy place of Tapoban specially at Satsang programme on Saturdays and meditation camps organised every week, special occasions and full moons. Meditation is thought to be a scientific therapy, which helps heal and cure people from psychological, mental and emotional ailments. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * Physiological Benefits of Meditation The longer an individual practices meditation, the greater the likelihood that his or her goals and efforts will shift toward personal and spiritual growth. Many individuals who initially learn meditation for its self-regulatory aspects find that as their practice deepens they are drawn more and more into the realm of the "spiritual." In her work with many cancer and AIDS patients, Dr. Borysenko has observed that many are most interested in meditation as a way of becoming more attuned to the spiritual dimension of life. She reports that many die "healed," in a state of compassionate self-awareness and self-acceptance. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ma Dhyan Surabi (Dr. Nisha Jha, practicing at the children's ward of Nepal Medical College, Jorpati of Kathmandu), who started reading Osho from Class Nine, said that meditation was an effective scientific method to get rid of stress and depression. She, who recently completed her MBBS, said more than 75 per cent of the human diseases are borne by psychological reasons. "Meditation, which smoothes our life, is very reliable device for stress management and for mental purity and peace. We can perform our work well after we practise one our meditation each day," she added, sharing the experience of meditation. "I felt ecstasy and bewildered, experienced feeling of love, kindness in my heart and the fountain of love emerges for sharing it and giving it others."
All of the above words of Osho are related to meditation and divine love. You believe it or not, it is my experience that meditation can be done, and love can be felt and experienced in Osho Tapoban, an International Commune and Forest Retreat Centre instead of reading them in books. You can see about 500 people dancing joyfully, bewildered in ecstasy on Saturdays. No one can remain aloof from the dancing tune and environment. Everyone starts dancing or shaking their body without hesitation in the Commune. Established in 1990, Osho Tapoban covering an area of about 100 ropanis of land is located at the outskirts of Kathmandu valley on the way to Kakani, amidst the Himalayan forest Nagarjuna, 10 kilometres away from Kathmandu city centre and five kilometres from Balaju bypass.
Acharya Rajneesh (1931-1990) was born Rajneesh Chandra Mohan, presently known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, in Kuchwara, a town in central India. Various sources state that "Bhagwan" means either "The Blessed One" or "God" and that "Shree" means "Master". At the end of his life, he changed his name to Osho.
His parents' religion was Jainism. However, Osho never subscribed to any religious faith during his lifetime. He received "sambodhi" (enlightenment in which his soul became one with the universe) on 1953-MAR-21 at the age of 21. Rajneesh obtained a masters degree in philosophy from the University of Saugar. He taught philosophy at the University of Jabalpur for nine years and concurrently worked as a religious leader. In 1966, he left his teaching post and gave his full attention to teaching his sannyasins (disciples) while pursuing a speaking career.
Osho developed new forms of active meditation, among 108 methods of it. The best known is Dynamic Meditation which often starts with strenuous physical activity followed by silence and celebration. These were expected to lead the individual to overcome repression, lower their personal inhibitions, develop a "state of emptiness", and attain enlightenment. The person then would have "no past, no future, no attachment, no mind, no ego, no self." Osho assigned a new name to each of the disciples. Men were given the title "Swami"; women were called "Ma".He taught a form of Monism, that God was in everything and everyone. There is no division between "God" and "not-God". People, even at their worse, are divine. He explained that the purpose of his jokes was to shock people and to encourage them to examine their identification with and attachment to their ethnic or religious beliefs. His contention was that national, religious, gender and racial divisions are destructive.

People visit the commune, where there are two dozens of residential members, and take part in the Satsang programme on Saturdays. Swami Ananda Arun pacifies the curiosities of visitors as well as of Osho disciples in a humourous way. The number of young generation in the Satsang counts for higher data. "It is a good symptom for spiritual development of young generation. The thirst for religion in an older age may be so-called in which age nothing more could be done. Young age is the ripe time of energy and productivity that can win the world," he said.
Swami Arun, who has given neo-sanyas to about 20,000 Nepalese and approximately 5,000 foreigners including Indians, said that life is ecstasy and celebration instead of worrying and taking it seriously. "If one is happy he can only make others happy. How can a sad man make others happy? Meditation is medicine to make a sad man happy by relieving one from mind and joining with the heart," he said.
"Feel more, think less, and you will be more and more happy," Osho. "Nothing can be more important than this dive from the head to the heart."
Suman Uprety and Surendra Thapa, both hailed from Chitwan, who are Master's in Business Studies students at the Central Department of Management, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur said that their first visit at Tapoban was quite interesting and joyful. They used to read the Osho books and journals. "We have heard that Tapoban is environmentally and naturally a good place and spiritually a divine place." Thapa remarked that the place was very peaceful and full of healthy environment with enough oxygen.
Both of them agreed that they had not heard any indecent things about Tapoban. "I was too much curious about commune culture, sanyasins and the maroon (red) dress of Sanyasins but unable to know the inner reality. It is difficult to comment on any activities that occur in churches and temples," Uprety added in a tone of skepticism. "We don't believe in what others comment hypothetically. It is not necessary to believe in their hypothesis and criticism rather than knowing the facts well. However, we are yet to understand the commune well in depth."
Swami Anand Arun said that unlike traditional sanyas, neo-sanyas initiated by Osho belongs to the spirit of the holy book Geeta, which indicates renouncing doer rather than doing. "This sanyas allows to use everything meditatively but not to escape from the world and life."
Osho philosophy and religion is sometimes criticised by the traditional and orthodox believers for being open about sex and its interpretation.Swami Arun says sex is related to every spectrum of life. "Sex is life energy. It is the beginning of life and inspiration of life," said Swami Arun. "However, it is false and wrong assumption to link the commune with sexual activities." "I welcome all of them who doubt over the commune activities to visit the commune and to examine what is happening here," he added.
Swami Arun said that traditional and orthodox religion could not accept the sex and poisoned it. "Only escaping from sex and being involved in sadhana would not help us to get rid of sex. We need to synchronize, consolidate and manage the sex as Osho has guided us. Sex can be a ladder for meditation to go ahead for the divine journey."
Swami Arun said that meditation is a scientific tool for catharsis of repressed human feelings. "It has been psychologically and scientifically proved that human psyche is affected by daily activities of human being. Humanity has stepped down due to the irrational behaviour, violence and brutality." "Meditation is an appropriate scientific and religious therapy to excrete the repressed physical, mental, emotional and psychological tensions and filths from the body," he added.
Medication, which is a chemical solution for illness, may have many side effects though it can cure some diseases whereas meditation, which can purify heart, nurture and stimulate wisdom and develop humanity, is a natural way to treat human being and natural solution of life problems, said Swami Arun. "Psychologists have claimed that about 80 per cent of human diseases are caused by mental problems and stress."
Swami Vishnu Chaitanya said that he was having anti-depression medicines for months, which were effective only during the course. "As I went through meditation, I got relieved from the problem of stress and depression, and now meditation is my medicine, which has healed me enough dissolving tensions."
o Deep rest-as measured by decreased metabolic rate, lower heart rate, and reduced work load of the heart.
o Lowered levels of cortisol and lactate-two chemicals associated with stress.
o Reduction of free radicals- unstable oxygen molecules that can cause tissue damage.
o Decreased high blood pressure.
o Higher skin resistance. Low skin resistance is correlated with higher stress and anxiety levels.
o Drop in cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is associated with cardiovascular disease.
o Improved flow of air to the lungs resulting in easier breathing. This has been very helpful to asthma patients.
o Decreases the aging process.
o Higher levels of DHEAS in the elderly. An additional sign of youthfulness.
* Psychological Benefits of Meditation
o Increased brain wave coherence.
o Greater creativity.
o Decreased anxiety.
o Decreased depression
o Decreased irritability and moodiness
o Improved learning ability and memory.
o Increased self-actualization.
o Increased feelings of vitality and rejuvenation.
o Increased happiness.
o Increased emotional stability.

However, she is still confused about the seven energy centers of the body as assumed by Yoga and spiritual values. "I tried to find out those centres in the human body when I had to dissect the dead bodies in course of practical classes but I could not trace them in the body," she said. "But I have felt flowing energy in the body."
Swami Dhyan Rishi (Adarsha Bhandary from Biratnagar), a residential member of the commune for last two years, said that meditation was one of his basic needs. He left his home after he completed his I. Sc. and then he completed the computer programming course that helped him find a job in the commune. "Meditation is necessary for a person who lives in multidimensional world being involved in various activities."
The meditation helped him to understand life easily and build confidence in tackling the difficulties in life. "I used to be pinched or hurt and feel irritation before I practised the meditation. I learnt to live a playful life through it," he said. "I had never thought the life could be so easier. Love, joy and happiness have bloomed in my life because of the meditation."
He thinks marriage for the sake of sex is not necessary for him. "The meditation helped me understand what sex is. I will marry if the marriage can become a part of my meditation," he added.
Tapoban has been a retreat centre for also the foreigners. Ma Dhyan Nidhi (Natalia Kamchskaya, first year student at Economic University of Moscow) is here in Tapoban for about three months. She came here as a tourist and has been staying at Tapoban practicing meditation in the tune of commune routine. The regular meditation starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 9 p.m. everyday. "The life style of the commune is very much interesting," she said. "My parents teased me enough and I left Russia because of tension. The meditation has tremendously transformed my feeling into love and happiness."
Many people who came in the commune and endured the meditation practices were corrected from their bad habits and illnesses. Ma Kundan, 53, from Dharan, who has been staying as a residential member for eight years, has witnessed many people recovered from addictions. She illustrated an example of one of her relatives, who used to have marijuana, alcohols, smoking. He recovered from his bad habits after he practices meditation for three months. However, she refused to divulge the details of the person.
She further said Pravas Devkota from Kathmandu, who completed his study from USA, was an addict. According to her, he could do nothing without having drug injection. "He came here regularly for meditation. And now, he is all right. He visits commune frequently," she said. She expressed her qualm about the poor people who are deprived from staying in the commune. "If they do not have money, how can they afford to stay here? It should not have been in the place of God."
